Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

HeadOS offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. This allows you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full year. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund minus any applicable payment processing fees. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain access until the end of your subscription term.

4. Foundation Member Program

Foundation Member payments (Pay 9 months, Get 12) are non-refundable due to the discounted nature of this offer. Foundation Members retain access for the full 12-month period regardless of cancellation.

5. Service Credits

If HeadOS fails to meet the uptime commitments in our Service Level Agreement, eligible customers may receive service credits as outlined in the SLA. Service credits are applied to future invoices and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

HeadOS may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Charges made after valid cancellation
  • Extended service outages beyond SLA commitments

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact info@taphead.co with your account details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in immediate account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.
